As someone who’s experienced multiple surgeries, chronic pain and has had to manage excess weight myself, I take pride in using low impact ideology catered specifically to each of my students. I believe strength training can be used to help chronic pain as well as to aid and prevent injuries. No matter your goal, the tools and techniques I teach ensure your safety while achieving lasting results.
